Hi, I’m Liz — women’s Health & pediatric occupational therapist and founder of Mama Bee OT.
I support moms and babies navigating the aftermath of birth trauma, nervous system overwhelm, and developmental challenges. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, whole-body approach that combines Polyvagal Theory with gentle bodywork techniques like myofascial release and body dialoguing.
Whether you're healing from birth, supporting a dysregulated little one, or just trying to feel more at home in your body — I’m here to help you reconnect, release, and restore.

Mini-Sessions at The Hangout
Mini Sessions at The Hangout
These hands-on sessions are designed for babies and young children experiencing nervous system dysregulation or fascial tension—commonly seen as sleep struggles, reflux, gas, colic, torticollis, latching issues, or jaw and neck tightness. They’re a gentle, approachable starting point for families who aren’t sure where to begin.
These sessions also support moms who need care but can’t easily step away from their children. We focus on body-based techniques, ergonomic coaching, and gentle movement to ease pain, fatigue, and nervous system overwhelm.
Sessions are held at The Hangout, a public indoor play space with a welcoming environment for families. Treatment takes place in a semi-private area, including a room set apart from the gym that’s large enough for families to join comfortably. The lobby also allows food and snacks, making the space even more supportive for busy families.
Perfect for moms with multiple children seeking calm, connected care—without added stress.
