Who is Mama Bee OT?
I’m Liz, a pediatric and women’s health occupational therapist specializing in newborn tension, postpartum recovery, nervous system regulation, and gentle myofascial release.
I blend clinical skill with a warm, grounded approach that helps families feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
I believe support should be simple and accessible—especially in early parenthood.
My work focuses on Mom Care, Baby Care, and Community Connection so families can grow in strength, confidence, and connection from the start.
What’s new?
Throughout my journey as a mom, something that has become incredibly important to me is finding truly clean, trustworthy products. As I continue learning and growing in this space, I’m excited to slowly build a deeper story here—one filled with the tips, resources, and tools that have made clean living feel easier and more aligned for my family.
For now, I’ve turned this passion into a side venture with Olive Tree People, a company rooted in nature that offers beautifully clean skincare, haircare, makeup, internal wellness products, and even sound frequency meditations—each crafted from the power of living olive trees. Their approach is pure, intentional, and unlike anything I’ve experienced.
If you’re curious, you can explore their products through my link and try the Olive Brain Quiz to discover which items fit your lifestyle and needs. I’m excited to share this journey with friends and family as I continue building my knowledge and presence in this space.
