Support for Moms & Babies—Simple, Gentle, and Rooted in Connection
Helping overwhelmed moms and growing babies feel grounded, relaxed, and supported using bodywork, nervous-system informed care, and early developmental guidance.

Through Mom Care, Baby Care, and Community Care, I offer flexible, approachable support that helps families prevent discomfort, reduce tension, and build healthy foundations from the very beginning.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help you feel at home in your body—and help your little one thrive.

Why work with Mama Bee OT?

Whole-Body Myofascial Release

I use gentle, effective bodywork to release tension in the fascial system—your body’s internal web that connects everything.
When fascia is restricted, babies may show discomfort, feeding challenges, head preferences, or difficulty moving. Moms may experience pain, overwhelm, or a sense of “not feeling like myself.”

Releasing these restrictions helps:

  • calm the nervous system

  • improve mobility + comfort

  • support digestion and feeding

  • promote developmental ease

  • reduce stress + emotional tension

  • help you reconnect with your body

Nervous-System Informed Care

Everything I do is grounded in polyvagal theory + trauma-informed support.
I help families move from overstimulated and overwhelmed…
to regulated, grounded, and connected.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

No long commitments.
No pressure.
